This Privacy Policy describes how Ruins of Tiles ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with your use of the mobile application Ruins of Tiles (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Ruins of Tiles is a casual mobile game. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, postal address, contact list, photos, microphone, camera, or precise location.

The App and the services it uses may automatically collect limited information in the following categories:

• Device identifiers — a pseudonymous identifier used to associate gameplay events with your device, and (only if you grant permission) Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA) used by our advertising partner.
• Device and app information — device model, operating system version, app version, language / region.
• Gameplay data — level progress, completion time, power-ups used, ads watched, in-game coin balance and spending.
• Purchase records — receipts for in-app purchases (handled by Apple; we do not receive your payment details).
• Diagnostic data — anonymised crash reports, if you opted in via your iOS Settings.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information collected to:

• Sync your save data (coins, level progress, hearts) across your own Apple devices;
• Measure level difficulty, balance gameplay, and improve the App;
• Serve and measure rewarded advertisements;
• Process in-app purchases and verify transactions;
• Diagnose crashes and improve stability and performance;
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services. These providers process your information under their own privacy policies.

On iOS 14.5 and later, advertising tracking is disabled by default. You can grant or revoke permission at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

4. Children's Privacy

Ruins of Tiles is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

5. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR / EEA / UK, CCPA / California, Taiwan PDPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. 6. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law. You can request deletion at any time at accelease.dev@gmail.com.

The App is operated from Taiwan. Information may be processed in the United States or other countries by our service providers. By using the App, you consent to such transfers.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a new "Last Updated" date and is effective as soon as it is posted.
